Microfiction Monday

Eunice was right, there was a faint aroma in the air reminiscent of Eau d’Guano. Skip had to reconsider Rex’s offer to smell his finger.

  1. Eeww..Eau d'Guano in the barbecue sauce? Please say it's not true. That could be a new Jelly Belly flavor, though. They have some disgusting flavors of jelly beans such as vomit-flavored and garlic-flavored, not that I've ever tried those. Creative MfM!

  2. Oh, I hope they don't use Eau d'Guano at the next barbecue that I go to, but I'll be on the look out after this heads up! Funny, funny! Hope you have a great week!

  8. This is great! It drums up such fond memories for me: When I was a smitch and already a TV junkie, The Danny Thomas Show was part of my lineup. One season, Mr. Thomas introduced his protegee, Italian teen singer Piccola Pupa. I wanted to be her! One of the many songs she sang on the show was "Quando, Quando, Quando." I spent many hours of many days, "singing" like her (with a bath towel strapped to my head, so I had her long hair, too), but mistakenly singing "Guano, Guano, Guano" instead. Stupid adults. No one pulled me aside for "enlightenment," until they had all got their jollies. LOL!
